How long does a gas boiler service last?

A gas boiler service, will take between 45 minutes and 1 hour to complete. At the end of the gas boiler service, our Gas Safe registered engineer, will provide you with a gas safety certificate, detailing all the checks that was carried out, during the gas boiler service. 

 

HOW MUCH DOES A GAS BOILER BREAKDOWN COST?

A gas boiler breakdown is difficult to price, as we will not know which parts, if any, you will need until the fault is diagnosed. The labour for a gas boiler breakdown is, £55 for the first hour and £25 an hour every hour after.

 

can you issue a Landlord gas safety certificate

We can issue landlord gas safety certificates, as we are Gas Safe registered engineers. As such, we can perform gas boiler services and gas boiler safety checks, in properties that are rented to tenants. After the gas boiler service is completed, we will issue a landlord gas safety certificate, to the tenant and the landlord, detailing all the checks that has been carried out during the gas boiler service.
